Round Boxes
Sometimes called curl-and-disc tubes or telescoping tubes, turned-edge round boxes are often used as secondary packaging for a multitude of products: Candles and home fragrance, personal-care products, liquor, cannabis and promotional items are some of the most common markets for these versatile canisters. Unless the application demands otherwise, we produce all of our round boxes with 100% paperboard components from domestic sources.

Wide Range of Sizing
The turned-edge style of round box has the widest range of available sizes of our entire product line. We can produce these types of rigid rounds in diameters as small as 1/2″ all the way up to over 8″, and from 3/4″ to over 3′ in height. We have the tooling to produce several hundred unique round boxes within those ranges, so we can almost always offer a size combination that works for any product.
Decorative Technologies
We can apply graphics to the interior or exterior of any tube we produce, with exterior decoration options as simple as 4-color process printing all the way up to dozens of spot colors, hot and cold foil finishing, embossings and Scodix polymer. We also regularly work with an large variety of paper types and finishes, laminations and unusual materials to produce the most unique round boxes in the country.

Custom work is our specialty
With the largest capability set and size range of any domestic paper-tube manufacturer, we can produce small runs of promotional products in the tens of pieces up to volume runs in the millions. Our vast domestic supplier network and experience with a wide range of materials lets us customize your packaging in countless ways. Whether your focus is 100% compostable materials, complex print and coatings, unusual substrates and textures or all of the above, we can develop a unique round package that delivers on all fronts.
